Test X180 shares a lot of similarities with the top-rated supplements.
Test X180 is supposed to increase testosterone and help you have more energy and build more muscle mass, but that what all testosterone supplements are supposed to do.
Now, what I want to know is if Test X180 is as effective and safe as Syntheroid. Let’s find out!
Test X180 Ingredients
Test X180 has a Growth Enhancement Matrix (400 mg) of the following ingredients:
Testofen is the same thing as Fenugreek; it has just been patented. This herb became popular several months ago when studies showed that it helps increase testosterone production and make more free testosterone available.
Panax ginseng and Siberian ginseng are well-known for being aphrodisiacs and natural energy stimulants. Some studies show that they help increase testosterone too.
Cordyceps Sinensis has been used for years in traditional Asian medicine. However, its medicinal benefits have never been tested on humans.
Tribulus Terrestris is used today by bodybuilders, but before that, it was used for thousands of years as an aphrodisiac by the Chinese.
Studies show that this plant may increase levels of luteinizing hormones, which trigger the production of testosterone.
Are the Right Doses Used?
Although Test X180 has a few clinically proven ingredients, I’m not sure what amounts are used because the proprietary blend hides them, but I think there might be 300 mg of Testofen per capsule–the official website indicates this briefly. Three hundred milligrams, twice a day, is the clinically proven amount of Testofen.
This leaves 100 mg for Tribulus Terrestris, ginseng, and Cordyceps. Studies show that you need at least 400 mg of Tribulus Terrestris and 100 mg of ginseng daily for these to be effective. Since Cordyceps hasn’t been tested on humans, there isn’t a recommended amount.
Will Test X180 Cause Side Effects?
Panax and Siberian ginseng are stimulants, but they’re mild so I think the chances of either one causing side effects is probably low. Since Cordyceps hasn’t been tested on humans, there’s no evidence to show whether or not it’s safe.
Testofen and Tribulus Terrestris are generally considered to be safe. Test X180 has the clinically proven amount of Testofen and it has less than the recommended amount of Tribulus, so I don’t think either of these ingredients will cause serious side effects.
What Do Users Say About It?
There aren’t many reviews of Test X180 online, but I was able to find a couple dozen on GNC’s website. The average rating people gave this testosterone supplement is 2.8 out of 5. Only 45% of people said they would recommend Test X180 to others.
I don’t have to tell you that this rating and percentage aren’t very good. Almost half of the people who left reviews said Test X180 did not work at all and was too expensive.
What’s the Best Way to Use Test X180?
Each bottle of Test X180 has 60 capsules and each one is a serving. To get the proven dose of Testofen, you’ll need to take 2 capsules/servings a day. Two or even 3 capsules won’t give you the proven doses of the other ingredients since Test X180 probably doesn’t have enough.
The manufacturer suggests taking 1 capsule with breakfast and another, 30 minutes before your workout or with lunch.
If your goal is to build muscle with the help of Test X180, you will need to follow a strength-training program.
Is Test X180 Affordable and Guaranteed?
Test X180 costs about $70 when you buy it from GNC. This is the same price you’d have to pay for some top-rated testosterone supplements, but based on user reviews, Test X180 is not a top-rated product. So, I think $70 is way too high a price for it.
GNC has a return policy, but they only issue refunds for products that have been unopened and unused.
Is There a Free Trial?
It seems that the only way to get Test X180 from the official website is through a free trial.
With this free trial, you pay $4.99 for shipping and handling and Force Factor will send you a 14-day supply of Test X180. The 14 days starts 4 days after you place your order, so it’s really 18 days long.
If you don’t call customer service to cancel within 18 days, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the auto-ship program and a 30-day supply will be shipped to you monthly for the price of $74.98.
Force Factor offers a guarantee of satisfaction on auto-ship products for up to 30 days, so you can get a refund if you don’t get results.
The Final Say on Test X180
Two servings of Test X180 have the clinically proven dose of Testofen, but not of the other ingredients. For this reason, I don’t think Test X180 will be as effective as promised. Low customer ratings seem to indicate this as well. As a result, I don’t feel confident recommending Test X180 as a safe, effective testosterone supplement.
